Our aim is to be the most efficient producer of organically grown, highest quality CBD oils and Isolate.
With this mission, CFI established the foundation to grow from seed to sale in what has become an unprecedented opportunity for individuals to participate in what we call ‘Modern Farming’ through our City Farmer Projects.
Our offices are located in Irvine, Ca., with leasehold land acquisitions in the Central Valley of California with 1,000 acres under development.

The Economics of Hemp Cultivation
The economics associated with a large scale industrial approach to hemp production is expected to achieve one of the highest IRR and ROI’s available when compared with any other U.S. based investment of this scale.
Based on a average yield of 1.5 lbs. of CBD biomass per plant and 3,750 plants per acre, the revenue and projected profitability in the current market the Company expects to produce exponential returns. By 2022 at full scale production from its acreage revenue could be in excess of $1B per year.
With adequate capitalization, CFI will use advanced bio-engineering techniques to produce consistently high CBD content biomass for downstream extraction and refinement of high quality CBD Oils & Isolate.
